Miss Prissy is a small 13 inch Beagle. Her coloring is tri-color with a hint of lemon shading. This is an extremely sweet little girl. Prissy loves to "talk" to her human caretakers and will hold an entire conversation with you while she is being cuddled. Miss Prissy was brought to the HHAF shelter by a private rescuer who found her fending for herself as a stray.  Miss Prissy appears to be housebroken and is crate trained. She gets along with everyone: cats, dogs, adults, and children.
