Recipients will receive a thank you note with the donor's message above.   For each
donation of $25 or more, the recipient will also get a photo of a pet sponsored in
their name.  As always, all donations are tax deductible.  For additional recipients, please
attach sheet with names and addresses.  One check may be written for total donation.
We request that donation amount per recipient be at least $15 to cover our costs of preparing
and mailing gift notes.  Please make sure donation form reaches us 2 weeks in advance of the 
event date to ensure we have time to prepare and mail the certificates and photos.
