You might ask how did such a smart, pretty, sweet girl such as I land here? Up until a year ago I lived in a trailer park with a dear woman that loved me and I loved her. Things went from bad to worse and my person did not want me to be homeless with her. She placed me in a no-kill shelter. She would be devastated to know what type of place it really was. Cages stacked to the ceiling, over 600 animals. We were not fed for days or taken out. I got so thirsty I thought I would die. Floods came and many drowned. Animal welfare inspectors, the media, police and a woman with a large van came.
Van lady was told by artist friend to get the dog with the best disposition out of the 300 dogs...yes, you guessed it; that was me!!! Hands down!

I am Rottweiler/border collie; two of the best breeds. I was to be fostered at an artist's home with four cats and an alpha dog. I gained ten pounds in two weeks; I'm now 52 lbs. and six years young. This place is ok but I do not like the stairs or the cement floors.

I would prefer a one story home. Alpha-dog's behaviorist said I was an EXCELLENT influence and a top-notch readymade. Sometimes the artist wishes she could keep me and give away my alpha buddy.
